SalaryDesk pioneered the business of digital recruiting in 2012, and today we are the only online recruitment provider able to service customers on a truly global basis. SalaryDesk has an international reach with a presence in approximately every country around the world. In 2012, we increased our presence in the online social media recruitment market by increasing our percentange of jobs 320 percent. To further enhance our penetration of the enitire region, we partnered with Creative Minds Company, LLC in an online career site(workloadportal.com) for the Australian market.

In addition, through our broad portfolio of Web sites, SalaryDesk offers valuable online advertising space on category leading properties such as Facebook.comTwitter.comLinkedin.com and the network of vertical community sites developed by our Workload division. These sites deliver a quality audience and the most sought-after consumer demographics to companies looking to showcase their brand to their target audience at key points in their life.

As we continue to seek strategic ways to expand our offerings to employers and seekers, we have taken steps to ensure that we have the processes, technology and infrastructure to deliver the highest level of service and support to our customers. We have deepened our focus on leveraging our multiple distribution channels to further extend our reach into local markets in the United States. This is evident through SalaryDesk's strategic alliances with the public in several of the nation’s largest metropolitan markets including Baltimore ,New York, Boston, Philadelphia and Chicago. Our alliances support our commitment to expand the online recruitment market and allow us to serve more customers and job seekers effectively and efficiently.

In January 2012, SalaryDesk unveiled a re-launched Web site offering enhanced resources for seekers and employers. The new site features an unprecedented investment in development and technology and offers new tools and resources to help people realize their life improvement goals. Through the creation of new products and services such as SalaryDesk Cosigner, SalaryDesk Loans and SalaryDesk Software, we continue to improve the seeker experience while also developing deeper relationships with our employer customers.
